Please observe the following before sending in a device for repair:
- Please tell us the exact product name if possible
- Write an exact error description to avoid further queries
- In the event of a warranty claim, enclose a copy of the invoice
- Pack the device in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport
- Observe all information on the individual manufacturers regarding warranty and any required RMA
