Please observe the following before sending in a device for repair:

• Please tell us the exact product name if possible
• Write an exact error description to avoid further queries
• In the event of a warranty claim, enclose a copy of the invoice
• Pack the device in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport
• Observe all information on the individual manufacturers regarding warranty and any required RMA
