Repair Order

Would you like to make use of our repair service? This is how it works:

  1. Fill out and submit the form on this page.
  2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the information transmitted and a processing number.
  3. Print out the confirmation e-mail and enclose it with the shipment (or write the processing number on the outside of the parcel).
  4. Send the parcel to the specified address.
    Pack the unit carefully and securely. In most cases, the shipping company will not reimburse you for any damage incurred during transport.
  5. As soon as we receive your device, we unpack it and check its optical condition. We will then inform you about the receipt of the product.
  6. You will usually receive further information after about five days.
  • Warranty repair: We inform you about the work carried out and usually return the device to you free of charge.
  • Paid repair: You will receive a cost estimate (further information).
  • After completion of the repair: We will send you a pro-forma invoice so that you can transfer the amount in advance.
  • After receipt of payment: We send the device back to you carefully packed and insured as a parcel.

Information about the product

The exact model designation can usually be found on the nameplate or in the operating instructions.
The serial number is usually found on the nameplate.
