Damage in transit is annoying – especially with devices that come back from repair. In order to prevent this from happening in the first place, we only use transport-safe packaging for return shipment.
We replace unsuitable customer packaging with a larger outer carton and precisely fitting foam bags that optimally protect the repaired device from the often rough handling of transport companies.
